Swaps & Refunds

Unused cards can be swapped for another store within 7 days.

If something does not work

If a code, key or download does not work, write to us with your order number and a screenshot. We replace it or refund you once our team has checked it.

What we cannot refund

• Codes that have already been redeemed or activated.
• Products bought for the wrong platform or region — please check before buying.
• Accounts or keys shared publicly.

How to start

• Call or message us with your order number, or use Track Order to find it.
• Tell us what is wrong and, if possible, send a photo.
• We arrange the pickup or replacement — usually within 2–3 days.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the way you paid — bKash, Nagad or card — within 3–7 working days after we receive the item. For cash on delivery we refund by bKash or Nagad. Need help? Write to hello@uphar.example.
